What is your morning rituals and daily habits ?

His morning starts between 5:00 - 5:30 am. As soon as he gets out of bed, he has some coffee and reads some Bible Scriptures.

Every Tuesday and Thursday morning he jogs along the beach. After the jog, he takes a quick dip in the sea.After they drop the children off at school, he spends 30 minutes reading alongside the beach or reflect on his achievements set for the day.

Reflection slows you down and enable you to focus. This focus encourages creativity.Making your mind strong in the morning, you can face any potential problems during the day. He tries to break up his day into certain sections. Working at 1-1.5 hours intervals.  During his breaks, he like to stretch and drink coffee.

People can only concentrate for a certain period of time until they start getting distracted.We need to manage how we do our work, especially in the mornings. The mornings are the most productive time.His biggest challenge regarding his business is distractions.

‘The 4-Hour Workweek’ by Tim Ferriss.‘The Five-hours Workday: Live Differently, Unlock Productivity and Find Happiness.’ By Stephan Aarstol. ‘The Happiness Advantage: The Seven Principles of Positive Psychology That Fuel Success and Performance at Work’ by Shawn Achor. 

Any bad habits entrepreneurs need to stop doing?

Stop yourself from thinking negatively and watch your speech. Watch your thoughts and the words you speak. If you think positively, you can’t negatively.
